Providing an end to end service, our Design and Construct team are there every step of the journey to deliver your dream home.

We work with home owners within the Upper North Shore suburbs of the Ku-ring-gai Shire, such as Warrawee, Turramurra, Wahroonga, Pymble, Roseville, Killara, Gordon, St Ives, Hornsby and Lindfield.

Design & Construct

Over the years we have learnt a lot about the home building process.

There are two factors which are major considerations for a build, and they tend to be time, and budget. Both of these are better managed at the beginning of a project, but are often not.

We introduced the design service into our business as a result of this. We found that working with you through the initial stages of planning, we can work faster, and toward your budget better, resulting in a happy building journey.

In addition to design, we assist our clients to manage the approval process! On your own, this process can often be overwhelming, like debriefing the notice of Determination, understanding what is required for a Construction Certificate, engaging various consultants, and so on.

Home Renovation Specialist

There are many reasons our clients choose to renovate, or extend their current home.

Whether they are outgrowing the space, the house is in need of TLC, or they are looking to transform the space, we can help!

We are able to provide expert advice as to what is possible with your current home structurally, along with design advice as to what will aesthetically work.

Most of our alterations & additions projects do require council approval, of which our team will work with you to achieve. We will prepare the plans, submit them to council, engage the relevant consultants, and manage the project throughout construction to final home handover.

New Home Builder

You may have considered a renovation to your current home, but realise that the works are extensive to achieve your dream home.

A knock down rebuild may be a better solution. Some reasons why a knock down rebuild could be a better option for you are:

You can be far more customised in your approach, as you do not need to work in with existing elements of your home
You are less likely to encounter costs due to unforeseen items
You don’t need to fix those issues that have been accumulating for many years
There is opportunity to bring in updated building technology or use of materials
You may be able to increase your building footprint further, subject to council conditions
It could work out a more cost effective solution

Alternatively, you may have purchased a block of land and are on the hunt for the appropriate builder.

We had a fantastic experience with BTM Constructions. They recently completed a large renovation on our recently purchased house and they have done a wonderful job. We had some specific ideas that they helped us deliver, in other areas they gave us great ideas, guidance and improvements, and they also provided us with expert advice in areas we weren’t familiar with and didn’t know how to deal with. They always offered a shortlist of excellent options when choices came up, which made the process so much easier as they had done the hard yards for us. They had an excellent app and overall their communications were exceptional. We always knew what was happening, and trust in the process came easily with their professionalism and transparency. No question was too small or too silly, we never felt like we were being painful and every single team member was polite, hard working and very knowledgeable. We have worked with Jordan and the team earlier this year to replace old windows in our house. The team was very professional and approachable throughout. They brought true carpentry and top notch workmanship to this work. All new windows they sourced from their supplier were of great quality. Highly recommend them for any renovation project!

BTM did a brilliant job of redecking my verandah. They were quick and efficient and all the boys worked so hard. They were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, doing a really professional job of an excellent standard. Joel also coordinated with an electrician they use (TCA Electrical), who was also great, did an excellent job and also took great pride in the work. Top guys! Highly recommend them!
