Created by Joel Basha in 2011, Built To Matter Homes is now a team of eleven, servicing our clients throughout their entire building journey, from the beginning onward (because, the friendships we build means ‘no end’).

In late 2016, Joel’s sister Rachel joined the company to ensure the smooth operation and continuous ability to service our clients to achieve their dream homes, whilst enjoying the building journey.

Our dedicated team are made up of building designers, carpenters and personalised project managers.

Our late grandpa, John Binet, was an influential, renowned, luxury custom home builder, so as children we spent many weekends with our parents attending open homes, whether we were browsing through, or our parents were hosting the open home to visitors. That distinct new home scent still lingers with us. It’s why we love everything about building, from the families we meet, to the exciting projects we get to work on!

We currently work on a range of design and construction projects throughout Sydney’s North Shore and we exist to provide a better building journey.
